This nut pate was served at a Raw Food Creation Class that I taught in Annapolis, MD at the Whole Foods Market. I thought this was a beautiful picture and I wanted to share it.
This is just a basic Sunflower Seed Pate. Sunflower seeds, lemon juice, sea salt, seasonings, garlic, and onion. Serve in any Green Leaves, on raw chips or crackers or in Nori.
Sunflower seeds are cheap, very nutritious when soaked and sprouted and they can be made to taste like anything. Enjoy!
