To be or not to be, that is the Salmon?!?
What's my secret to a great meal that looks and taste just as great as the real thing. Papaya, you heard it right, it's just Papaya, from my friend, Alissa Cohen, this is my version of a sweet, moist teriyaki marinated mock salmon steak, yum! We also had a delicious coleslaw that taste like Kentucky Fried Chicken's coleslaw, that stuff was great, not healthy but delicious. The raw version was dairy free of course.
Slice your Papaya, make a delicious marinade with honey or date paste, add Nama Shoyu and ground pepper corns. Allow to warm in the dehydrator for 3 or more hours at 145 degrees. This temperature will not destroy the enzymes, the papaya has so much water, it will be just fine for a few hours, but don't over dry and dry it out, we don't want dried papaya.
That picture is amazing, isn't it? Raw food is amazingly delicious and very nutritious, eaten in the:
- right season,
- quantity,
- daylight &
- combination.
That's a mouthful, but in order to reap the benefits of a raw diet you must eat according to a divine plan. Check out my website
